All of our products are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications and be free from defects in material and workmanship. For all air/oil, gas separators and refrigeration coalescer applications, warranty is in effect for one year from the date of the original purchase or 1000 hours of in service use, whichever occurs first. For parts procured from other manufacturers, those manufacturer warranties shall apply.

It is imperative that products are changed regularly in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers recommendations. Warranty applies to products manufactured and/or distributed by us when they are properly installed on the correct application, used in the conditions and service they were designed for and where instructions have been followed.

We request to be notified as soon as possible within 10 days of discovering any potential problem. As part of our continuous improvement process, documentation is required for application usage, product service life, description of any problem or defect and other information on the Returned Goods Information Form. Please note that returned goods may be subject to a factory/warehouse re-stocking fee.

Return Policy

If you decide that you need to return the product within 90 days, we readily accept returns of all new and unused merchandise for full refund.
